Barbs Playground - Terms of Use

All graphics on my site were drawn by me and are copyrighted by me. You may NOT SELL ANY GRAPHICS or RESOURCES offered on my site in ANY MANNER, offer them in a collection or claim them as your own. They are for personal "ON-LINE use" only. These TOU are updated periodically to answer new questions I receive, and it is your responsibility to stay current with them. I truly appreciate your cooperation. Please read below.

All FreeTubes listed below are for personal use only. None of my tubes may be offered from any place other than from my website "Barbs Playground". My tubes may NOT be used on any "Paid Membership" site. Filenames may not be changed. You may use them for scrapbooking for your personal use only. You may NOT make scrapkits with them for others.

Cute and Cuddly tubes: You may not remove my copyright and it must be visible enough to be read. If you need to resize the tube and the copyright is no longer readable, please put a readable copyright ON IT not a separate copyright or link separate from the image. This ensures my copyright remains intact with the image. My copyright should read the copyright symbol followed by my name Barb Kermis. If you need to add my website address because of rules in groups that is totally fine but I do not require it.

You may not mix them with other artist's artwork and you may not make new tubes with them. You may animate them (within reason so as not to destroy the integrity of the graphic) and offer them to others as "Tags" provided the recipient(s) follow my TOU.
Greyscaling of images, mirroring or transposing is allowed, as well as monotone color changes. However, any other color change is unacceptable. In other words, You cannot pick and choose where to add or change the colors. Any changes must be a single hue/tone.

Please do not cut parts of my graphic away and replace it with a new graphic. An example of this would be to remove the animals face and replace it with a photo of someone. I also ask that you do not make blank tags. What you create should have at least some verbage such as a name or phrase like "Good Morning".

MISC, Holiday and Alphabet Tubes: You may mix them with other artist's artwork. If I put my copyright on them, please do not remove it.

All Licensed Tubes are drawn by me and are copyrighted to me. They are for personal use only.

"My Tag Art" Licensed Tubes: You Must follow the Terms of Use that comes with your My Tag Art package. You may NOT share them. However, I do allow full animation provided the integrity of the tube is not compromised. If you purchased a license for any tubes that were licensed through CILM first, you must use the CILM license number and follow the terms that came with the CILM package, NOT the My Tag Art license number and terms.

"CILM" Licensed Tubes: If you purchased a license to use the graphics I made and licensed through CILM, you must abide by the terms that came with your package. You may NOT share them. However, I do allow full animation provided the integrity of the tube is not compromised.

Incredimail
I am no longer making Incredimail Letters for reasons here. You may continue using letters I made in the past and you may use my graphics to make Incredimail letters, provided my copyright is on it and readable. You may not mix them with other artist's images.

Blings
All bling images have been drawn by me. You are more than welcome to make tags with them and you do not have to put my copyright on them, but please tell others where they can find them. You may not sell them, or anything you make with them nor offer them in any collection.

Glitters, Patterns, Frames, Gradients, Preset Shapes, Brushes, Tutorials, Animated Signatures and Tags. PLEASE DO NOT direct link to them.
As with all things on my site, you may not sell them, or anything you make with them nor offer them in any collection. You may provide a link to my site if you wish to share them with others. None of my graphics/resources may be offered from any place other than from my website "Barbs Playground"Please do not direct link to them. My Tutorials are not to be removed from my site. Graphics you make from my tuts, belong to you to do with as you wish as long as you do not sell them.

You MAY NOT use what I refer to as my "Serious Artwork"
I will automatically delete all emails regarding use of it.
